EZEFIL

CRACK/JOINT FILLING COMPOUND

Specifications

Ezefil crack/joint filling compound is a solvent free two component polyurethane reactive system. This material sets to give a highly elastic, non - cracking mass which can be used very effectively to fill and seal joints and cracks in all types of constructions.

USES:

Ezefil can be used to fill expansion joints, cracks & joints in high traffic floors, bathrooms, cement/metal roofing sheets, slabs, external walls and frames of doors & windows.

APPLICATION:

Small cracks should be opened and cleaned of any dirt and loose particles. A base adhesion coat of Wallgard 10 is applied on all sides of the cracks and allowed to dry for 15 minutes. Ezefil 400 and 500 are mixed together in the ratio of 3:2 by weight. For horizontal cracks and joints this mixture is poured directly into the cracks. For vertical cracks, up to two parts of white cement should be mixed thoroughly with 1 part of Ezefil 400 and 500 mixture and the resulting mixture is then used to fill the cracks by means of a spatula or putty knife. A coat of Ezecoat 500 & 600 is applied over the Ezefil to make it resistant to U.V. rays.
