DESCRIPTION:
Ezecoat is a two component,
high solids, Polyurethane coating system which provides touch, elastic,
skid resistant, durable, heat insulating, abrasion resistant,
waterproofing protection. It forms a thick, seamless and long lasting film
and eliminates water seepage from all kinds of surfaces.
APPLICATION:
The surface is cleaned dried
and freed from dust, oil grease, tar and fungus. A base coat of Ezecoat
100/Wallgard 10 is applied on all cracks and allowed to dry for 15 minutes
and Ezefil crack filling compound is used to fill up the cracks and
joints. Ezecoat 100/Wallgard 10 is then applied over the entire surface
area and allowed to dry for 4-5 hours. Equal weights of Ezecoat 200 and
300 are mixed thoroughly and the mixture is applied by brush over the base
coat. After 8-12 hours a top coat is applied. This top coat should be
mixture of Ezecoat 500 & 600 (aliphatic grade) if the coating is to
exposed to sunlight. If a concrete layer or tiles are to be fixed over the
coatings (i.e. no exposure to sunlight) then the top coat can be a
mixture of Ezecoat 200 and 300. Dry sand is sprinkled on the final
coat (while it is still wet) if any tiles or a concrete layer is required
on top of the coating.
